Sunshine Coast vocalist/guitarist Michael Schweizer and Brisbane vocalist/guitarist John Cleave, combine to bring back an authentic tribute to the golden age of Rock & Roll. Playing old favourites from Elvis Presley, Buddy Holly, The Everly Brothers, Johnny Cash, The Shadows The Beatles, then on through the years to favorites from Roy Orbison, Credence Clearwater Revival, The Rolling Stones, Dire Straits, Chris Isaak and many more. Now included is a large set of authentic Rock & Roll/Rockabilly songs for those who like to jive.
Quality live music from the 50's to the 90's gives an atmosphere to a party that is hard to match.
Michael was formally in a touring Buddy Holley tribute band in Sydney and John is a veteran of several popular Brisbane bands, duos and does some solo work. This experienced duo is gaining in popularity and practically guarantees your function will be a huge success, be it pub, club, wedding, engagement or maybe a private party function.
What more can be said, M&J's is a great band to listen to and a fantastic band to dance to. As a guest at a recent party put it "I enjoyed the music because it was real music".
